They are limited and supported by generous sponsors. Our priority is to assist PhD students and postdocs from traditionally underrepresented countries and/or with limited financial resources. We may also consider providing financial support to retired individuals who would otherwise be unable to attend the meeting. Please request travel assistance only if it is truly necessary. The number of scholarships will depend on the level of sponsorship and the funds we are able to raise.

 Applications are now open. Candidates seeking a scholarship must submit by email at : castle2026 [at] sciencesconf.org

• A short CV (max. 1 page)

• A brief cover letter outlining their motivation (max. 1 page)

Scholarship Levels:

• Level 1: 100% discount on the conference participation fee

• Level 2: 75% discount on the conference participation fee

• Level 3: 50% discount on the conference participation fee

Note: The discount applies to the full cost of participation in the 19th Castle Meeting, including full-board accommodation, transportation for preliminary travel, conference fees, and scheduled social-event visits.

Review Process:

 All applications will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and the Organizing Committee.
