Registration Fees

The registration fees cover all participant expenses, including:

* Pre-transportation (round trip) from:

  • Toulouse Airport
  • Brive-la-Gaillarde Airport or train station

* Full-board accommodation from June 28 to July 4, including access to leisure facilities (swimming pool, hammam, etc.).

* Cultural visits (transportation and guided tours) for the social events scheduled:

  • Wednesday: Lascaux IV and visit of Sarlat
  • Friday afternoon: Visit of the Château de Castelnaud

* Additional cultural visits for accompagnying person (transportation and guided tours)

We offer three registration rates (10% VAT included)

  • Faculty / Researcher: €950
  • Master’s and PhD Students: €795
  • Accompanying Person: €780

Option (VAT included)

  • Short Course: €275 
  • Accompanying children 2-3 years old: €400 
  • Accompanying children 4-11 years old: €500 

Reduced and Waived Fees :

A limited number of reduced or waived registration fees were offered thanks to sponsor support, with priority given to PhD students and postdoctoral researchers from underrepresented countries or with limited financial resources. In some cases, support could also be provided to retired participants unable to attend otherwise. Applications for financial support are now closed.
